1. Scope of Trade Services & Preliminary Estimates
Secure Roofing provides comprehensive residential and commercial roofing installation, emergency storm mitigation, high-performance gutter fabrication, siding replacement, and advanced spray-on sealant application.
- Free Estimates & Consultations: All visual pricing indices, promotional discounts, and digital project templates provided via (828) 888-7663, 828-888-ROOF, or http://secureroofingwnc.com are non-binding preliminary estimates. Binding structural contracts are executed only after an on-site, physical evaluation of the roof deck, structural substrate, and flashing profiles by a certified inspector.
- Special Promotional Discounts: Eligibility for our 10% Veterans, First Responders, or Seniors discounts must be verified with appropriate documentation and incorporated into the final contract execution before field labor begins.
- Financing Infrastructure Underwriting: Consumer credit avenues, including 0% Down Financing and 12 Months Same As Cash programs, are governed strictly by third-party financial lending institutions. Secure Roofing acts solely as the certified installer and is not a direct credit underwriter or lender.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By submitting an online service request form, booking a free second opinion, or calling our emergency response hotline, you enter our active regional logistics network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications from Secure Roofing for:

- Account Administration: Secure links for progress billing, third-party financing verification prompts, and warranty registrations.
- Opt-Out Control: You maintain absolute authority to terminate mobile text alerts at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates apply.
3. Professional Standards, GAF Certification, & Warranties
Secure Roofing operates as a fully licensed, bonded, and insured contracting entity meeting all North Carolina and South Carolina licensing board standards.
- Material Certifications: We install premium GAF Timberline® HDZ and Timberline® UHDZ™ high-definition shingle systems to strict manufacturer specifications. Material warranties and wind ratings are held directly by the product manufacturer.
- Innovative Sealant Lifetime Warranty: Our proprietary spray-on sealant coating is eligible for a localized Lifetime Warranty. This specific coverage outlines continuous structural performance parameters against membrane breakdown and is explicitly defined in writing upon the execution of the project contract.
4. Punctuality & Regional Appalachian Logistical Factors
While we maintain a decade-long reputation for rapid response times, Secure Roofing is exempt from project or dispatch liability regarding timeline modifications caused by:
- Adverse mountain weather variables unique to Western North Carolina (heavy precipitation, high-altitude wind events, freezes, or regional storm systems) that prevent safe substrate dry-in, siding application, or sealant chemical curing.
- Transit or routing constraints within rural Appalachian terrain or high-traffic South Carolina corridors (I-85 or I-26).
- Delays induced by regional utility locating services (NC 811 / SC 811) or municipal building department permitting queues.
5. Tear-Off Substrate & Latent Damage Disclaimers
During the execution of a roof replacement or siding overhaul, our team removes weathered materials to inspect underlying wood structures. Property owners acknowledge that hidden rot, mold growth, structural sagging, or active pest intrusions within the attic/sheathing cannot be diagnosed prior to full material removal. Secure Roofing disclaims liability for pre-existing structural issues and requires a signed, formal written Change Order to remediate underlying substrate decay before new materials can be safely installed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the statutory provisions of North Carolina and South Carolina, the cumulative liability of Secure Roofing for any construction anomaly, material delay, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific service agreement. We assume no civil liability for interior damage, toxic mold growth, or foundational water damage that accumulated due to long-standing structural leaks or deferred drainage maintenance prior to our mobilization.
